Jaqueline Joi

Jaqueline Joi was born and raised in Baltimore City. Jaqueline trained at John Hopkins Medical Institution’s General Operating Rooms. A creative consultant, community advocate, activist and promoter, she established Adopt an Elder events, and was voted Canton Community Association Volunteer of the Year. She is also a sign language singer and has aided in A ‘SPECIAL!’ Touch Promotions.
