Joy Daughtry-Ross, R.N. is Founder and CEO of Concepts in HealthCare, Inc. She earned her A.D.N. from Helene Fuld School of Nursing and her B.S.N. from Rutgers University. She has more than 20 years’ experience as a healthcare professional, working for 10 years as a trauma nurse in a level 3 trauma center and spending the last 10 years as a Director of Nursing at various organizations with an emphasis on home healthcare. In addition, she worked on many clinical trials at the world renowned Johns Hopkins University Hospital and is experienced in drug education and chronic disease management in the home. Ms. Daughtry-Ross, R.N. is certified in the administration of numerous clinical trial drugs. She is a member of the National League of Nursing (NLN) , Black Women Enterprise (BWE) and the President of Harlem Park-West Community Association.
